Returns
We want you to love your Mude Active gear, but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging (where applicable).

Please note: You are responsible for the cost of returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us at admin@mudeactive.com within 7 days so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used boxing wraps or products that show signs of wear.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund or store credit has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
